The HOME: Designed by Al Beadle in 1960, Paradise Gardens and the Mountain Preserve area home offers authentic Desert Modern Design in one of a small handful of Phoenix MCM enclaves. The generous open floorpan and incredible Mountain Preserve proximity is a Mid Century classic marvel. Widely accepted as a “Palo Verde” floor plan by Al Beadle, A1 Builders deviated from the original flat roof line during development.
